KAJIAN PENERAPAN PRODUKSI BERSIH DI AGROINDUSTRI KOPI WULAN, KECAMATAN MAESAN, KABUPATEN BONDOWOSO

Wulan Coffee Agroindustry is one of agroindustries in region Bondowoso that applies the semi-wet method and it has potential to be certified by Geographical Indications (IG). The wastes arabica coffee processing at directly thrown surrounding environment without being repaired first, because that, worried can affect human health environment. Therefore, further treatment necessary reduce impact waste pollutions improve efficiency using cleaner production technology. This study aimed examine priority alternative Agroindustry. used this descriptive quantitative with mass balance analysis, energy feasibility analysis application AHP (Analytical Hierarchy Process). management were pulp i.e. cascara tea, briquettes, animal feed, also water as biogas. applied had alternatives likes green bean, powder, tea.
